I'm Jamie Hadley

After many attempts to reach my own summit of health, I discovered that my aim for perfection was what was holding me back all along! You will run into obstacles on your climb, and need to know how to chart your course to overcome them! 

I firmly believe that the diet culture that is out there sets you up for failure.  Diets are restrictive, not built for the long-term and have an end-date.  Either you get frustrated and give up when you “screw up”.  Or you manage to reach your goal, but haven’t built the tools needed to keep up what you’ve accomplished. You wind up back where you started, feeling more frustrated and defeated with your confidence at an all-time low. 

I can’t wait to work with you on the fundamentals of what you need in order to build a healthy lifestyle that will serve you forever, not just to be ready for a special event.  You’ll focus on whole health, not just weight loss or fitness.  You’ll develop the healthy habits that are the foundation of supporting the results you are after.
